Daniel is the Chief Executive Officer for Pacific Sands Recovery Center. He is a former active-duty Marine who grew up in Knoxville, TN. While in the Marine Corp, he honed his skills in communications and leadership. Daniel moved to Orange County and started working his way up in the substance abuse industry. He worked as a director for a large treatment facility for several years while establishing a sober living community in Huntington Beach that focuses on helping young men develop life skills early in their sobriety. Daniel has been personally affected by alcoholism and has made it his mission to help others find a better way to live.

Conor has worked in every field of the recovery industry including compliance, admissions, marketing, and operations. As a co-founder of a sober living community, he has designed the operations for 30 clients living in a healthy environment. This community facilitates the adjustments needed to develop and maintain a healthy and productive lifestyle.
Conor is an expert at managing teams and communicating with clients like they are people—not just addicts or alcoholics. He likes to spend one-on-one time with clients to discuss past, present and future plans once a week while in the care of the Pacific Sands Recovery Center. Conor is the face and voice the clients get to know and learn from throughout their stay

Chase grew up outside of Atlanta, GA and graduated from the Coles College of Business at Kennesaw State University where he received a Bachelors of Business Administration degree. Chase has worked in the behavioral health field for over 5 years at a medical billing company, so he understands the complicated ins and outs of health insurance. He has a ton of compassion for people struggling with addiction, alcoholism, and mental health issues based on personal experiences. He believes that everyone deserves a chance at sobriety and that each individual is worth the fight, regardless of the situation. He strives to treat each person that comes in as an individual and part of the Pacific Sands Recovery Center family!

Natalie has worked in the recovery field for seven years, after achieving sobriety eight years ago and today has her CADAC II credentials to help others. She wanted to use her personal experience to help others find hope, and be an example for what is possible in a life of recovery. Natalie is dedicated to helping each client at Pacific Sands Recovery Center find growth and strength in recovery.

Shauna currently works as a detox nurse at Pacific Sands Recovery Center. Her journey in addiction treatment began several years ago when she saw a real need to help those in the addiction community in a meaningful way. Shauna’s passion for helping people overcome drug and alcohol addiction is her motivation to become a nurse practitioner — so she can continue to help people change their lives for the better.

David brings five years of medical experience to Pacific Sands Recovery Center. He began his career as a medical assistant, but wanted do more good for his clients, and provide more comprehensive and client-focused care. David went back to school to become a nurse and has since poured his dedication for treatment and care into helping each of our clients take their first steps toward their new lives.

Noe brings compassionate understanding to the rewarding work of addiction treatment. Noe thrives on helping our clients overcome addiction, change their mindsets, and find sobriety. Noe helps support Pacific Sands Recovery Center’s mission of creating personalized approaches to help our clients and their families create new lives in recovery.

Leah has always felt called to help people. After she began her own recovery journey eight years ago, she knew that she wanted to help other people struggling with substance abuse. Leah currently holds a CADC 1 and is working toward her CADC 2. For the last seven years, Leah has been helping clients overcome addiction and live meaningful lives in recovery.

Michael currently holds a Registered Alcohol/Drug Technician (RADT) and came to Orange County 2.5 years ago for recovery. He has been sober ever since and he has found his calling in helping others that are struggling in active addiction. He is passionate about helping others which allows him to love his job. This is not only a job for him, he knows that it takes one alcoholic/addict to help another and that he holds that responsibility.
