Frequently Asked Questions

We know what it’s like to be in your position and we want to help. Our customized approach offers tailored treatment plans that take into account your unique needs by combining a variety of therapies and approaches.

The treatment experience differs for everyone, but that’s what makes it successful. Your treatment plan will take into account all of the factors that contribute to your substance use and target the triggers and patterns that have prevented you from maintaining sobriety.

Time in treatment varies based on barriers for recovery and your history of substance use. We will work with you to determine your individual treatment needs, including the length of your treatment plan.

Disclosing specifics to your employer is up to the discretion of the client. Your employer may offer an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) or you may qualify for disability or protection under the Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA). Your options will depend on your employer and your state. Our staff will provide you with any information needed to complete the filing.

Familiar items add comfort and familiarity to treatment that is beneficial for most clients. We encourage you to bring these items and make treatment feel more like home. For a complete list of things to bring, and what not to bring, review our What to Bring list.

Family involvement can be a powerful tool in recovery. Our staff will work with you to include your family, where requested, to assist you on your journey.
