Your rehab plan will take into account all of the factors that contribute to your substance use and target the triggers and patterns that have prevented you from maintaining sobriety. A day in rehab may include Art Therapy, Reiki, Equine Therapy, EMDR, or DBT.
Time in rehab varies based on barriers for recovery and your history of substance use. We will work with you to determine your individual rehab needs, including the length of your treatment plan but inpatient rehab usually lasts 30 days.
